Our rear end kit is the most affordable way to lift the rear of your van and keep your original Dana 60 Rear differential. This kit provides 5 inches of lift and is very straightforward to install safely.
Kit includes fabricated powdercoated lift blocks, grade 8 custom replacement u-bolts (5/8") and CNC machined billet aluminum wheel adapters to match width of your Superduty front axle. Adapters also match Superduty bolt pattern and thread pitch so you can run just 1 spare. Also included, rear shock stem conversion hardware so you can run the conventional F-250/F-350 rear shock of your choice.
-If you have purchased a dually front axle for your project and have removed the front dually adapters, your thread pitch for the wheel studs may be 14x2.0 as opposed to 14x1.5 which is most common.
-Some cutaway Econolines and many E-450 model Econolines come with a Dana 70 rear axle. Due to various leaf pack options, we require some measurements to supply correct u-bolts, photo shown in images with what we need, or call please. Add $40 for Dana 70 Option.
Construction Notes: Factory grade replacement steel u-bolts are made in Denver and come with new steel grade 8 nuts/bolts. Non threaded sections of U-bolts come powdercoated. It is recommended you paint and clear remaining hardware once installed for longevity. Wheel adapters come with approprate pitch acorns and fit both aftermarket and factory style Ford wheels. We recommend re-torquing both u-bolts and adapters after 500 miles of driving. Wheel adapters are machined from 6061 T-6 Billet. Stem converters are zinc coated.
