Every good company has a value proposition. We try to let our work speak for our company, but in a few words: We're a thoughtful group that builds excellent 4x4 vans and parts for the best price possible while providing personal well-tailored service. 

How we do it

Transparency

We tell you what we know, the good and the bad. If you need to spend more money, we'll tell you. If you're trying to spend too much, we'll tell you. It's our goal for you to love your van, and to be comfortable with the costs to build one. 

Pride

Timberline is built and run by Tim Alex and Family. With 25 years of experience in the truck and van business and 8+ years of building 4x4 Vans. We have taken the guesswork out of what goes into a lengthy conversion process and built a robust and straightforward system to keep you firmly on or off the path to wherever you may want to go. 

Respect

Our customer interactions are built on respect and we're fortunate to have met and worked with some amazing people. We respect opinions, reserve judgment and appreciate input and feedback. Our shop is made up of creative problem solvers. Our staff is passionate about the work they do and proud to come to work each day. 

Business Policies - info

  • Shipping: Our components are carefully wrapped and packaged and ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on what is available. If you require a particular carrier, please contact us ahead of your purchase.  Customers in Colorado may arrange for in-person pickup within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

  • Shipping/Fulfillment time for components: We typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order and we carefully monitor our inventory. In the event that we are unable to meet that timeframe, we will contact you and arrange either a full refund or a timeframe for fulfillment agreeable to the customer. 

  • Taxes: Colorado residents must pay sales tax of 7.5%, no sales tax is collected on out-of-state shipments currently. 

  • Quality and Returns: We are consistently complimented on the quality of our products and the ease of install. Components are hand-built here almost exclusively in Colorado by seasoned professionals who are fanatics about design and execution. If you are in any way disappointed in the components we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping when the product is returned. If you decide to return any components that didn't apply to your build or you changed your mind about, shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase refund. 

  • Use Terms and Conditions: By using 4x4vans.com ,and Timberlinesupply.com, you agree to obtain permission from Timberline Vans / Timberline Supply to re-use, distribute, share, or re-purpose any photographs, text, descriptions, details, or information property created by Timberline Vans and Timberline Supply. 

  • Privacy Policy: Timberline Vans and Timberline Supply does not share, distribute, or make public any user's information or private date without explicit consent from them to do so.
